Spec/lead build — the business has NOT been contacted. Every claim must be sourced

(Places export, Watson article, Instagram, photo extraction) or rendered as [TBD:].

Google Places photos are draft placeholders only — rights unclear + URLs expire.

Production needs owner-provided photography (shot list from the triage below).

Menu + prices are photo-sourced (~June 2026), not owner-confirmed. Operator decision

10.08.2026: show them in the draft with a visible "to confirm" note on the menu page;

uncertain readings marked (?) in content/sources/menu-photo-extraction.md. Preflight

keeps the site out of production until confirmed.

Ratings/review counts (5.0/127 at 10.08.2026) are a snapshot; date any mention; never

schema-markup Google ratings.

Owners' names + story come from press (Watson) and public Instagram — fine for a draft;

re-verify with the owners before production (people are named!).

Roaster names not public — say "Czech artisanal + Geneva roasters" only with the Watson

source; don't name brands. Retail tea brand (MōR?) unconfirmed — don't name it.
